01 Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment we are only shipping within Canada. Please keep checking back as we are looking into International Shipping Options.

It may take up to 24-48 Hours to process and ship the order.

If this happens, please email us a photo of all the products you received along with the packaging it was shipped in. Please allow our team 24-48 Hours to look into this. We will ship the missing item(s) promptly after our team has looked into it.

07 Which methods of payments can I use?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, AMEX, and Interact E-Transfer.

For interact E-Transfer, please email us directly with the Product SKU for the product(s) you wish to purchase. After the total has been calculated, we will provide an email to send the money too.

09 The product I want is Sold Out, can I be notified when you restock?

Yes, just click on the "Notify Me when Available" and input your email address. As soon as this product has been restocked, you will receive an email notification.

We ship our packages out of Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

08 Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?

We will gladly Exchange a product that is Defective or Damaged. Please email us a photo of the Product. Please allow our team 24-48 Hours to look into this. If we are unable to provide an Exchange due to low stock, a Refund will be provided.
